Sandeep Maheshwari shows a video of a person from Rajasthan, who felt to be scammed. He informed the company, he also got the response and told that just sign the agreement and he will get money back. But that person tells that has not got any money and even not getting any response by the company.
Another person’s video shown, where he also felt to be scammed and is requesting his money back. He tells that he is getting calls from the company to not to post videos about this publicly and shockingly, he also tells that if not money back, he might have to commit su**de.
After videos shown, Sandeep Maheshwari clarifies that these videos are not recorded by him. He also tells that this videos are taken from the YouTube itself.

Sandeep Maheshwari questions about his Dr Degree, he tells that at first, when Vivek Bindra came for a session, he also thought that degree is genuine. But, when he researched about this after Sandeep Maheshwari and Vivek Bindra controversy, he founds out that there’s something wrong.

Sandeep Maheshwari talks about most Imp Notification, Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, released by RBI. He tells that many people don’t know about this, if they know it their business would be shut down immediately.

(i) it has no provision that a direct seller will receive remuneration or
incentives for recruitment/enrolment of new participants in the direct
selling business except as a result of sale of goods or services by them;
(vi) it allows or provides for a buy-back or repurchase policy for “currently
marketable” goods which are not unpacked, or services sold to the
participant at the request of the participant at reasonable commercial
terms;
(j) “Mis-selling” means recklessly misrepresenting a product or service in order to
successfully complete a sale. It also includes providing consumers
with misleading information about a product or service. This can involve
omitting key information about a product or providing information that makes
the product appear to be something it is not.

Sandeep Maheshwari explains most Imp Clause of 2021 Circular by RBI
He tells that point number 7 2(e) is the most important, it is as follows: “A direct selling entity and direct seller shall not refuse to take back spurious goods or deficient services and refund the consideration paid for goods and services provided.”
He explains, that it doesn’t matter if any agreement made by company or not, it always follow Laws by Government. He explains, it means that none of the agreement made by anyone or any company is not above the law made by Government.

Sandeep Maheshwari about Vivek Bindra Money Back Guarantee
After these, Sandeep Maheshwari explains that how Vivek Bindra’s money back guarantee is false and is not possible in anyway.
He explains that he did research on Vivek Bindra’s Bada Business company’s financials, their last year turn over is around 172 crores. If they give min. 3.% commission to the seller of the course, So 30% of 172 crores is around 50 crores and he claims that purchaser of their course would earn around 10 lakhs per month or 1cr+ per year.
So in this case if we consider 1cr, then it can only be distributed among 50 people and thousands of student or purchaser or the course would not be able to get any money. So this is surely a scam, Sandeep Maheshwari says.

At first, he suggests to file FIR against company and provide all valid documents, payment receipts and other proofs. After that he also suggested to write a letter to RBI & Ministry of Consumer Affairs, explaining about this scam and their experience and also to attach all the documents, payment receipt, proofs and their contact details.

Sandeep Maheshwari also tells that he is also ready to support the victims and will help them get their money back. He said, he will hire the best law firm possible and if he could not arrange money by himself, he might turn on the ad on his channel to pay to that firm and will stop ads as soon as he collects money required to pay to that firm.
