Not refunding money for that useless overpriced comb is a scam. And most importantly, asking that person to sell it to others is definitely a scam. Millions of innocent people have lost their hard earned money in such scams. Let’s take a stand for them… #StopScamBusiness”.

After this post he shared a post on 18 Dec, 2023. In this post he explains three biggest mistake of Vivek Bindra and he writes in community post,

“3 BIG Mistakes of Vivek Bindra…

1. Our team edited his name from my video because the idea was not to target any particular person or company. That video was made to spread awareness for public welfare (not for any kind of controversy). But he thought that we did not took his name because we are scared of him. This was his first BIG mistake.

2. He started sending his people to my home and office. Why? I spoke to him just once in my entire life… that too on the day when my team invited him to my studio. He is neither my friend nor my enemy. Why was he intimidating me? It was not required. This was his second BIG mistake.

3. He is planning to do something really immature… it’s going to be his third BIG mistake. #StopScamBusiness”.

Vivek Bindra responded to Sandeep Maheshwari in his live stream

Dr Vivek Bindra, who is also a popular YouTuber, Motivational Speaker and Business Coach, he has 21M+ subscribers on his YouTube Channel. He did livestream and named it “#Janeman Biggest Controversy | Biggest Program | Biggest Attack – Dr Vivek Bindra”, on his main channel on 18 December 2023.

This livestream was the 1st day livestream from his 10 Day MBA Program, in the first 25-35 minutes of this live stream, he replies and makes his point regarding this controversy. He explains the level of supports his company has, explains the quality of the company who audits for his company and many more things about how this is not a scam and tells that, one can consider a scam if he rans away, but, he is there to answer.

In the same live stream Dr. Vivek Bindra also asks Sandeep Maheshwari, a question about his business consultancy ad on the front page of Hindustan Times Newspaper on 20 November 2023. That ad was about getting one-on-one business consultancy from the Sandeep Maheshwari himself.

Currently this ad is removed from the site. But can be seen from Jio News/Newspapers/HT News Papers/20 Nov 2023. Although, ad was published but, it is not confirmed that Sandeep Maheshwari has only published that ad, Someone else might have published that ad. But, SWOT is registered on the name of Sandeep Maheshwari.

He also explains something like if Sandeep Maheshwari goes to their place or office, he charges about Rs. 36 lakhs +18% GST per session and if session or consultancy happens, virtually on platforms like Zoom, he will charge Rs. 9 lakhs + 18% GST. So he argues that in his pledge video on 9 Oct, 2023, uploaded in his main channel, he told everyone that he will not charge a single rupee for his session alive or even after the death, its completely free and will remain free all the time. But, Vivek Bindra tells that he is charging money for live session to businesses, that too in lakhs.

On the same day of livestream, a popular YouTuber named, Labour Law Advisor with over 4.5M subscribers, shared a shot video titled The Sand is Deep 😲 #llashorts 793, where he showed the actual physical form of news paper, where first page ad was of Sandeep Maheshwari for SWOT, he also shared the emails there.
