In that video, Sandeep Maheshwari or his audience has not taken the name of Vivek Bindra, but Vivek Bindra thought it’s on him, so he tried to resolve this issue over phone call, as well as sent employees to Sandeep Maheshwari’s home to fix meeting and discuss about issue.
On the other hand, Sandeep Maheshwari was not picking Vivek Bindra’s call and was not ready to do meeting or session with Vivek Bindra (Vivek Bindra Said in his livestream).
Sandeep Maheshwari also posted on community, that his team is under lot of pressure to delete his video, but he is not going to delete it anyway. On the next post, he directly took Vivek Bindra’s name and told that now he will fully expose Vivek Bindra by taking his and his company’s name Bada Business.

On 28 December, Sandeep Maheshwari shared a community post and informed that, Vivek Bindra has filed a civil suit to take down his video and he also told that court has asked both Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari to not to upload any video against each other until this case ends.
He exactly writes, “Vivek Bindra has filed a civil suit to get my video deleted. However, the court refused to direct me to delete it without considering my written stand when my lawyers informed the Hon’ble Court that my video is truthful. In fact, the Hon’ble Court in the interest of peace, asked both parties to not publish videos against each other till the case is pending. #SatyamevJayate”
