Its construction was started in Feb 2015 and concluded in 2022, with a total cost of approximately Rs 3,500 crores.

The megastructure spans 67 lakh sq ft. and has 9 towers, 15 floors and 4,500 diamond trading offices. Offering office space from 300 to 1 lakh sq ft.

It has received a platinum ranking from the (IGBC) . Guinness World Records acknowledged the building as the largest office structure globally.

Vallabhbhai Lakhani, Director of Kiran Gems, has relocated his Rs 17,000-crore business to the Diamond Bourse. He is also developing a mini-township to accommodate his employees.
